The above rates are for the super area which include proportionate area
under common, cooridor, passage, staircase, mummties,
projections, water tank,
lift rooms
etc.
Escalation, Electric Meter, External Electrification & Miscellaneous charges, Fire
Fighting, External Development charges, External Service charges, Interest Free Security Deposit
for Common Maintenance, Taxes, Stamp Duty & Sale-Deed & Registration charges
etc shall
be paid extra.

Timely payment of installments is the essence of the agreement.
Prices are subject to change without notice before booking at the sole
discretion of the company and the price ruling on the date of booking and
acceptance by the company shall be applicable.
In case the applicants opt for cash down payment plan (within 45) a
rebate of 12% (subject to revision) in Basic cost shall be applicable.
Booking is subject to detailed terms & conditions of the application forms
& Allotment letter.
Cheque/Bank Draft to be issued in favour of "Ansal Housing &
Construction Ltd." payable at New Delhi only.
